Course Details: Essentials of Project Management

Effective Project Management is critical to the success of any embedded systems project. Due to the large number of variables inherent in embedded systems design, it is important to carefully plan and track the execution of projects. This course explains and describes best practices in project management, risk management and requirements management for development projects, with a special focus towards embedded systems.
